VitaSol Park

All the prices are per apartment including current VAT tax, water, gas and electricity expenses, cleaning twice a week (except period between 01 November 2017 and 31 March 2018 - once a week) and towels and linen changed once a week.

Check-in: from 4 p.m
Check-out: until 10 a.m

To confirm the reservation, it will be charged 25% of the total amount of stay upon booking. Except for the non-refundable offers where it will be charged 100% of the total amount of stay.

Cancellation Policy and No-Show

(November to June and September to October)

* Cancellations 3 or less days before arrival date - 25% charge of the total stay
* Cancellations 24 hours or less before arrival date - 50% charge of the total stay
* No-Show: 100% charge of the stay

(July and August)

* Cancellations until 14 days before arrival date - full refund of the deposit (€ 25.00 from bank costs may be charged)
* Cancellations until 7 days before arrival date - 25% charge of the total stay
* Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival date - 50% charge of the total stay
* No-Show - 100% charge of the total stay.

Note: Please note that for special rates, offers, packages and other promotions, different and specific cancellation conditions may apply. Please confirm the cancellation conditions during the reservation procedure.

Minimum Stays

From 28 December 2017 to 4 January 2018 = 2 nights

The maximum capacity of each apartment is as follows:
T1 – 4 people
T2 – 6 people
T3 – 8 people
T4 – 10 people

Extra beds are not allowed.

Vitasol Park reserves the right to charge extra 100.00 € per person/night, in case the maximum capacity of the apartments is exceeded, or not allow occupation at all. If guests decide to cancel the booking for not agreeing with this condition there will be no refund.

Change of linen and towels once a week. In order to have your towels changed daily, you should required at the moment of your reservation or directly at reception, subject to an extra payment.

The photos of the accommodations are published for illustrative purposes only and Prainha cannot guarantee that the accommodation booked is exactly identical to the images showed as each unit accommodation has a single owner.

From November to March the restaurant and the supermarket are closed. Change in the operation time and schedule may occur without previous notice. Please check in advance.

The privacy of our guests is fundamental, so we appreciate the trust that is deposited on us.

The following document states the treatment we give to the personal data of those who use Prainha’s official website.

Is PRAINHAMAR – EXPLORAÇÃO HOTELEIRA, S.A., with fiscal number 503.306.622 and headquarters in the Touristic Village of Prainha, Praia dos Três Irmãos, 8500-072 Alvor, is the entity that deals with all the personal data within the General Data Protection Regulation, processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as technical security measures essential for the processing of the personal data. 

Our records include data obtained during the contractual relationship with us, which is intended to be lawful, fair and transparent.

This personal data shall be subject of processing operations, taking into account any operation or set of operations carried out on the relative data of an identified or identifiable person, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or alteration, recuperation, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or any other form of availability, comparison or interconnection, limitation or erasure or destruction.

Such processing of data is based on its necessity for the execution of the contract, in which the data is part of it, constituting an essential requirement for its execution to become possible.

Your reservation is created using your personal data with all the requested requirements. Our intention is to provide a service according to your expectations, from the time of the booking until the moment after your stay and for that your data is essential to proceed accordingly.

The following operations for the processing of personal data of each of the users, for the respective purposes: name, address, telephone contact, email, NIF, sex, nationality, date of birth, are specifically for the services contracted and for issuing the respective invoicing.

The processing of personal data may also be based on the need to comply with legal obligations by PRAINHAMAR, particularly for the purposes of accounting records with the Tax Authorities and will be kept for the period necessary for the provision of services and compliance with legal obligations.

 

PRAINHAMAR  will not carry out any operation of processing personal data of its guests for purposes not strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the respective contract or of its legal obligations, unless you have obtained the previous, expressed, free and informed consent of the respective holders for that effect or if it is based on any other situation of legality of treatment, under the legal terms.

Accordingly, all personal data processed by PRAINHAMAR is relevant, adequate and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed and are treated in a way that ensures their accuracy, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, loss, destruction or accidental damage, and all technical and organizational measures considered appropriate for that purpose.

 

 


The personal data provided will be made available to PRAINHAMAR's administrative services, which is bound by a confidentiality agreement and subject to legal obligations, and the data will be kept until the end of the existing business relationship, after which the data will be deleted and any treatment operation that deals with the respective data, except for the data included in the accounting record, being kept for the legal period required.
